At Phil Greene Cabinet we build custom presentation furniture, equipment credenzas, equipment rack boxes, teaching stations, control room consoles, studio background sets, conference tables, home theater walls, commercial furniture and cabinets including solid surface countertops. We work with our customers to design and build a product that best fits their requirements and cost considerations. We use the highest quality materials and hardware in fabrication of all our products. This catalog represents many of our presentation furniture designs and examples of some of the custom control rooms and studio sets we have built. The prices are not included in the catalog because each project is a custom project designed to meet the requirements of the customer. The cost decreases with quantity with respect to lectures, teaching station and rack boxes. We do not have a list of options because we can virtually supply anything as part of the custom design. Custom Presentation Furniture
General Design
The presentation furniture in this catalog is a representation of the some of the most popular designs that we build. The designs featured in this catalog may not have a particular feature you are looking for or may have features you don’t need. All our furniture is custom built to fit your needs and features can be added or deleted as needed. Custom designs can be developed using the catalog furniture as a base or a new design can be developed to fit the particular specifications.
Materials
All furniture is built from the highest quality materials and finished with a durable 3 coat M.L. Campbell Magnamax finish. All the furniture is base priced using Oak wood and wood veneer core board with a natural finish. Stain colors for the furniture can be chosen from our stain samples or can be custom finished to match a provided sample. The interiors are also finished for long term stability. The countertops are Formica brand Ebony Oxide laminate (black with a pattern) or your choice. All the furniture can be fabricated from almost any wood or laminate. The most popular woods are oak, maple and cherry. The laminate can be any available color from the Wilsonart, Formica or Pionite design collections.
Hardware
All presentation furniture in this catalog come with either 3"or 4" casters, the back two being total-lock. The casters can be eliminated and a floor mounting plate included for stationary installations. The front access panel, equipment doors, document camera drawer and storage drawers are keyed alike. Hinges, pocket door hardware, drawer slides and door pulls are of the highest quality and weight supporting standards.
Rack Equipment
The presentation furniture can be designed to accommodate Middle Atlantic BRK rack boxes so that equipment can be pre assembled and slid into the space. The rack equipment area can be designed to accommodate pull out racks, rack rails or shelves. The access panels in the front of the furniture may eliminate the need for a pull out rack.
